[Insight-users] Finally built ITK

Marco,

I've been able to successfully compile ITK from cvs on a winxp box with
vc++ 7 (build 9466) without modifying itk_alloc.h, but I do recall
seeing these errors a while back. So many things have changed since I
first tried to use ITK, but I can say that on my machines here, using
vc++ 7 and an out of directory build (with ancillary stuff that you may
not be needing: activestate's build of tclk 8.4.0.1, vtk from cvs, cable
from cvs, and fltk 1.1.0), I haven't seen the error again and I'd
forgotten about it until now.

As you can see in my previous postings, I'm using Visual C++ .NET Beta 2
(version is, precisely, the 7.0.9254); the OS is WinXP Professional. I
used CMake 1.4.6. I got the same problems with ITK Beta2 and with the
1.0 Release. I hope this can help!

Marco
