[Insight-users] SegmentationEditor - unable to change scale:

Hi,
I have managed to track down and fix this bug on Windows. Just a file IO
problem.
Also fixed another problem on windows related to parsing of saved header
files due to differences in Tcl for windows.
Let me know if there are more problems.
