[Insight-users] coloreg region segmentation

Hi all,

I want to know what is the best way to segment colored region in a 
grayscale image (2D ultra sound image with doppler). In fact my interest 
is just for the contour.
Shall I use itkSegmentationRegion and inherit it ?
