Hi Zein,

Starting with the Release 1.0, the FltkImageViewer.lib
library was renamed as

         ITKFltkImageViewer.lib

in order to make it consistent with the rest of ITK
libraries.


However, the CMakeLists.txt file in the
ShapeDetectionLevelSet was still making reference
to the previous library name.

I has been fixed now.
