[Insight-users] polygonal surfaces

Hi all,

I'm interested in what you can do with polygonal surfaces using itk.
I don't know nothing about that, I've looked to examples and tests, but... 
For example:
- is there any place in which I can find some examples/descriptions
- can I build a triangulated surface starting from other type data?
  which type of data?
- which operations can I perform on the triangulated surface?
- can I import triangulated surfaces from vtk?
