[Insight-users] Help building InsightApplications

Hello

When trying to build InsightApplications I get the following error message:

/home/rannou/Software/InsightApplications/Auxiliary/FltkImageViewer/fltkGlWindow.cxx:26:32:
FL/fl_file_chooser.H: No such file or directory

The requested file under fltk-1.1.3 is named  FL/Fl_File_Chooser.H and 
not FL/fl_file_chooser.H.
I can change the name of this file myself, but I wonder if this is an 
indication of a more serious problem.
