[Insight-users] DiscreteGaussianImageFilter really doesn't support doubles??

Hi Parag,

This filter should be working with double precision.  The documentation 
appears to be in error or was not taken out after appropriate changes were 
made.  I'll double check and remove the erroneous Todo.
