[Insight-users] Danielson Filter

Voxel count distances.  Thanks for pointing out that gap in the 
documentation.  Arguably it should be changed so that it handles world 
coordinates, although some care would need to be taken to ensure that 
the algorithm was still valid with anisotropic pixels.
