Hi Neha,

Although ITK is not yet wrapped for Java,
nothing prevents you from encapsulating a
group of ITK filters into a C++ class,
or even a C structure and then use this
class or structure fromm Java.

What you can not do at this point is to
invoke individual ITK classes from Java.

 From the application design point of view,
it is actually preferable to encapsulate
the sections of image processing into
a specific class.
