witk VTK<BR>42 and ITK 1.2.But vtkqt is for VTK version 4.n and Qt version 3
or VTK<BR>version 3.x and Qt version 2.x. The problem is that ITK work with
QT 2 or<BR>VTK 4, isn't ??<BR><BR>What is the best way to do this
