[Insight-users] need help ...problem with .cxx files

Hi
will you help me cause I have a big problem....

I've a problem with the Insight/Examples/Iterators directory. There isn't 
any .cxx files
inside. I cannot use the itk files ImageSliceIteratorWithIndex.cxx that you 
describe in the user guide!!!!!
What's wrong!!!
Can you help me please?
