Lydia,

many thanks. I saw the commits on the dashboard this morning. I checkout out
the source and did a build plus an experimental submit. Machine ZAPPA, 600+
pass, 6 fail I think it was. Not bad at all.

I'm very grateful for the tweaks you've made. Thanks very much. (It saves a
lot of stress not having dozens of local modifications to maintain)

FYI, some changes were made over weekend so to get ITK to build with
.NET 2003.

Please do an update and give it a try and let us know if there further
problems.
