[Insight-users] problem using cygwin

Hi Gwenael,

This is because cvs is not installed by default with cygwin.
Go to cygwin.com then launch the "install now" setup. When you reach the
"Select Packages" menu, click on view to have the list of all packages
and select cvs. (you can also select CMake :))
