[Insight-users] New "shaped" neighborhood iterator.

Hi folks,

I have added a new iterator class: itk(Const)ShapedNeighborhoodIterator
This is a modification of the regular neighborhood iterator class which
allows you to customize the shape of the neighborhood.

The API is described in
