Hi David,


If your ITK is dated from August, the class may
not be there.

You may want to update to the 1.0 release that
was made in October, or rather get the current
cvs version.  We plan to release 1.1 on the
first week of february.

You can also, just download these two files
using CVSWEB

http://www.itk.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/Insight/Auxiliary/vtk/?cvsroot=Insight

Since they are .txx and .h it is likely
they will work in your installation.
