Some more info on vtk/itk integration. I just spent the day at Brigham and Women's Surgical Planning
Lab. We successfully imported all of the classes in Application/vtkITK into SPL's slicer program. Now
the SPL folks will prepare user interfaces for a subset of these classes. The process was straight
forward only because slicer/vtk/itk all use cmake for their build environment. These additions to
slicer have been checked into the sliver cvs repository.
