No, this is not a final copy.

So you may want to wait before
start torturing your printer.

We keep adding material day to day.
It should have 300 pages by end of
January and 400 by end of February.

You may probably just read it on-screen...
We plan to update the online version
about once a week.

Now, that, the changes will mostly be
new material, the current one may not
change that much.
