Hi Zein,


     USE_GLUT shoud be OFF

This is only used by the class
itk::ImageViewer in an attempt
to provide a minimal viewer that
is not requiring FLTK.

However GLUT turned out to have
an installation procedure that is
as arbitrary as the FLTK one, so
this defeated the purpose of the
simple viewer class.

Please set this variable to OFF.
