experiment when you use your rotated image as both the fixed and moving
image?

About JointPDF:
To estimate mutual information between images we need to:
-          estimate the probability density function (PDF) of the fixed
image intensity
-          estimate the PDF of the moving image intensity
-          estimate the joint PDF of the fixed and moving image
intensity
 From these estimated PDF, entropy and hence mutual information estimate
is made.

The PDF estimated at M (=3DNumberOfHistogramBins) positions distributed
evenly between the min and max intensity values of the image.=20

Hi all,
   I am using the \examples\MultiResImageRegistration2.cxx for my image
registration. I gave 2 MRI(256X256) images as inputs. Fixedimage is a
normal image but Moving image is a rotated image rotated in z with 2
degrees. Now when i run the application, with out changing other code, i
get a exception from itk. I have pasted the error message below of this
mail. Please help me in solving the problem. The same code is working
when i give a translated image(10,10) as a Moving image. It is
registering both the images perfectly. But when coming to rotation it is
giving this error. Please help me in this regard. Also send some info on
JointPDF due to which this error is generated.
