Hi Zein,
Yes you can use VTK.
Probaly the simplest way is to use the
itkImageToVTKImage class in
InsightApplications/Auxiliary/vtk
in order to generate a VTK image data.
Then set up a VTK pipeline for visualization
with the options you consider interesting.
