Hello everyone,

I've recently discovered ITK and I am planning to do some Image Registration with this toolkit. I first need to say that the documentation which is accessable on the ITK site and CVS is very helpful and the amount of documentation has pleased me.

I am working on a project for a medical institute which contains image registration. It is desirable that the application is interpreted in a windows-like environment for best compatability and user-friendlyness. Therefore I am planning to work with the MFC within visual C++ 6.0. I have managed myself to work with VC++ but I am not a specialist. I discovered the connectivity with VTK and some examples have been performed succesfully.

But now am I planning to create a simple GUI with MFC in order to test this and now I'm stuck. I have succesfully built the example from the "gettingstartedII.ppt" presentation in the command line and now I want to make a simple GUI around this example. So I aim at pushing a button in a GUI (MFC) so that a image is being displayed by VTK (very simple but it haven't been accomplished by me :/ ).

I have viewed most threads in this mailing list, but I didn't ran into sortlike problems. I really want to work with MFC and not with other GUI's such as FLTK. If anyone could give me some helpful information, such as an ITK/VTK/MFC example application or some document which could bring me further, I would be very grathfull.

greetings,

ps: Sorry for my bad english :s
