[Insight-users] ITKGlut : was removed

But there's still Insight/Code/IO/itkImageViewer.txx and itkImageViewer.h=

tried to use it, but appearantly it is also dependant on the code that wa=
s=20
removed... I'm missing itkGlutMaster.h.
Am I not supposed to use this class, or where do I find the missing piece=
s?
