I am trying to use the data in BrainWeb located at public.kitware.com
ftp site. I want to use with the ITK 1.2 application
MultiMIResRegistration. This application requires a param file. I
would like to know how to convert the .mha file for BrainPart1.mha to
the param file. In the brainweb1e1a10f20.mha file, I see the following:

NDims =3D 3
DimSize =3D 181 217 180
ElementType =3D MET_UCHAR
ElementSpacing =3D 1.0 1.0 1.0
ElementByteOrderMSB =3D False
ElementDataFile =3D brainweb1e1a10f20.raw

Would the size of the fixed volume column-row-slice order be 181 217
180. Also, would the "endian-ness" be 1 or 0? Thanks for any help on
this issue.

Tim
