Hi Zhuo,

It looks like when you edited the file
in the Insight/Code/IO directory

   itkImageIOFactory.cxx


the lines corresponding to the MetaImage
reader was commented out.

Please check this file and verify that
line 96 containing:

ObjectFactoryBase::RegisterFactory( MetaImageIOFactory::New() );

is *not* commented.

For some reason the IO factory for
the MetaImage format is not being found...
