[Insight-users] DLL to be used from C

Hi,

There are two samples on how to wrap a filter or two for access as a 
.lib/.dll in InsightApplication/ITKFilterLib and ITKRegistrationLib.

In particular, ITKRegistrationLib shows how to wrap a registration 
pipeline as a C function call.
