[Insight-users] Accessing ITK from Matlab

Dan Blezek has done this here by hand crafting MEX(?) files for 
algorithms he wanted to run.

Note that moving images and indices (seed points) between MATLAB 
and ITK must be done carefully since the row/column nature of the 
two systems is different.

Hi,

Is there anyone working on building a connection between ITK and Matlab, 
or does anyone know whether this would work or not?

It would be great if it was possible to communicate between Matlab and 
ITK and being able to access ITK functions directly from the Matlab 
command window.
