	You can go there:

http://www . itk . org/cgi-bin/viewcvs . cgi/?cvsroot=Insight

	At the bottom of the page you'll see a link "Download tarball":

http://www . itk . org/cgi-bin/viewcvs . cgi/cvs_root . tar . gz?tarball=1&cvsroot=Insight

There you'll get an archive of the current CVS tree. Winzip should 
recognize the extension.
