[Insight-users] ImageRegistration test programs

I have been trying to figure out a problem with my output image file being
output as what looks like pure noise from the example registration programs.
I have 2 png files that I am registering (which are identical in this case
for testing what causes this problem), and have not been able to figure out
what is wrong.  The example images when used work fine.  Are there any ideas
on what to look for?  I am using a straight copy of ImageRegistration2.cxx.
