In the first three sessions you will find
detailed instructions regarding the
installation of ITK, VTK and FLTK.


Then you should look at the SoftwareGuide at

  http://www.itk.org/ItkSoftwareGuide.pdf

Then, please suscribe to the user-list where
you will find more ample support.
