Hi Luis,
I have some further questions regarding the Analyze format. I am using a
software (not ITK-derived) that accepts Analyze format images.
I am using ITK to convert DICOM images to Analyze format to feed to this
software. However, I find that this Analzye format is different from the
format required for this software and hence I am not able to load the image
into this software. I talked to the software manufacturer who says that his
software will recognize the image if the .hdr is byte swapped. I think it
also has something to do with big/little Endian. I have attached two header
files: 030500005500_ITK.hdr is what is generated by ITK.
030500005500_required.hdr is what is required for the software to read the
image.
Can someone help me figure out what the difference is between these two
headers and if there is a way I can directly convert from
DICOM to the required format?

Thanks
Radhika
