[Insight-users] Streaming Question

[Invisible Human]

Hi,
 
I am trying to resample the Visible Human data along the long axes of different organs.
 
The region i am interested in resampling is about 200 RGB slices. Each RGB slice is about 32 MB (4096x2700).  Without streaming i am not able to process more than 20 slices at a time so i am wondering if i can use streaming with:
 
1) RawImageIO
2) VectorResampleImageFilter
 
to resample the entire volume.  The bufferedregion will have to be moved through the volume as the resampling occurs
 
Any pointers to documentation or examples of streaming or a similar problem would be helpful.
