Hi Nawab,

The options for AUXILIARY, VTK and FLTK
were removed about a year ago when the
Applications were separated from "Insight"
in order to create an "InsightApplications"
module.

ITK does not depend on FLTK, or VTK, only
the demo applications in InsightApplications
require these libraries.
