[Insight-users] getting started - unable to locate DLL

I'm using ITK for the first time, verifying the installation procedure was 
done properly. I have installed the insight directory, and followed the 
appropriate steps to build the libraries.  I have copied cMakeLists.txt and 
HelloWorld.cxx into a separate directory, and created a new project as an 
in-source build using cMake. I've built the HelloWorld.dsw in VC++ 6.0, and 
when executing HelloWorld.exe I  come accross the error message "unable to 
locate DLL". I'm not sure what I've done wrong.
