[Insight-users] CMake errors when build the itk application demos with FLTK

Hi, Everyone,

I want to build one of the application demos (using
FLTK for GUI interface). But when I run CMake to
configure thi s demo(DistanceMapFilter), I get the
following errors. Would anyone tell me how to solve
this problem?


CMake Error: Error in cmake code at
D:\ITK\InsightApplications\DistanceMapFilter\CMakeLists.txt:46:
Unknown CMake command "ADD_GUI_EXECUTABLE".
