[Insight-users] New releases of ITK

Hi,

I have Insight 1.6 version of ITK. How can I update
with the new releases if I don't want to use CVS?
There are many new examples in the new release which I
would like to explore. 
Is CVS the only option? If yes, what is the easiest
way to use it?
