[Insight-users] DRR example code?

Thanks Luis,

I'd looked there and not noticed the DRR code in the midst of everything
else.  I've also found:

Examples/Filtering/DigitallyReconstructedRadiograph1.cxx

which I cleverly managed to miss initially, and which contains a more
compact example.
