Hi Benjamin,

The intervals for bins in the Histogram are

           [ bin_min,  bin_max )

The membership to intervals is computed in

   Insight/Code/Numerics/Statistics/itkHistogram.txx

See for example lines 222 to 245

Please let us know if you find that the bins
are not behaving as expected.
