Hi Vincent

ITK image filters are templatized over the image dimension so in your case
the image will be treated as a volume and the algorithm will work in 3D.
Slices will not be treated separately but instead they will be treated as a
whole volume.

Hope that helps

Ivan

Asunto: [Insight-users] Questions about Watershed

Hi guys,

I have a question about itkWatershedFilter. This question is related to
the dimensionnality of the image !

If the input image is a image stack, does the itkWatershedFilter process
image after image or
does it process the 3D volume ?

 Thanks for your answer

 Vince
