Hi all,

i tried out the DicomSeriesReadImageWrite.cxx on my dataset, but found out that the images were sorted in time series (each series is a set of tagged images for the different time frames) instead of volume. i''ve looked at the itkDicomSeriesFileNames.cxx and itkDicomSeriesFileNames.h and noticed that there are different ways of sorting the series (i.e. SortByImagePositionPatient, SortBySliceLocation, etc.) but i'm not sure how to make the DicomSeriesReadImageWrite application work for my dataset (time series), or what to change or add. Can anyone help?
Thanks

regards
jason
