Hi,

Any clues for MutualInformation metric? O:)

Hi Carmen,

Masking capabilities are implemented in the
MeanSquaresImageToImageMetric. You can define
a SpatialObject as mask for the fixed image
an another SpatialObject as mask for the moving
image. Only pixels inside those masks will participate
in the evaluation of the metric.

Look at the methods

- SetMovingImageMask()
- SetFixedImageMask()

in the base class ImageToImageMetric

This code has not been heavily tested...
so keep your eyes wide open :-)

Please let us know if you find any issues.

Thanks

Luis
