[Insight-users] ANNOUNCE: Kitware is moving Thursday, Feb. 26 expect downtime

FYI, Kitware is moving to a new building this weekend and so as a result
there may be unexpected outages in our phone/internet connectivity. We plan
on moving the servers on Thursday (the 26th of Feb) Afternoon and hope to
limit the downtime to an hour. Many of the dashboard machines will likely be
down for a longer period of time. Our IP addresses and phone numbers will
not be changing.
