[Insight-users] Tif RGB wrong way around?

Many thanks to you all, I finally got around to updating and retesting
everything and the tiff RGB import + export ->vtk + imagedisplay is exactly
as it should be.

I just checked in a fix for itkBMPImageIO. As Bill said, reading and writing
RGB images were done in the wrong order.
