Hi Vineet,



What version of ITK are you using ?



If this is a recent version, this applications doesn't
use PGM output anymore. Instead it writes its output
into a 3D image as specified in the parameters file.

If you look at the files in the subdirectory
/SampleInputs, in a recent version you will see
the names of the input and output files.

You can use any 3D fileformat. MetaImage is probably
the most versatile.
