[Insight-users] ADD_GUI_EXECUTABLE, FLTK_WRAP_UI and ITK_DISABLE_FLTK_GENERATED_W ARNINGS unknown to CMake

When I try to use CMake to generate the files I need to build the
ImageViewer application example ( I have Insight 1.6), I get errors from
Cmake that ADD_GUI_EXECUTABLE, FLTK_WRAP_UI and
ITK_DISABLE_FLTK_GENERATED_WARNINGS are unknown commands. I'm using the
CMakeLists.txt included with the ImageViewer applications. Does anyone know
why I'm getting these errors? I downloaded and built FLTK.
