[Insight-users] "extreme" bias in MRI images

I'm trying and to correct some images with really nice
and strong MRI bias, it refuses to work.

Since I’m new to ITK, would really appreciate ideas or
comments on how would be best possible to obtain
decent images.  Tried the user mailing list, or to get
the class parameters as described in the
documentation, it seems an extreme case. 

I need some advice from the experts. 
Coffee and patience didn’t work.
