Hi,

I have read in the documentation that the 'InsightDOcuments' module should 
contain a subdirectory called Papers.  I can't seem to locate this 
subdirectory anywhere.  Perhaps this is only available as part of the CD-ROM 
release?

Please can anyone tell me how I can get hold of theses papers or give me a 
list of the papers contained within this directory.
