[Insight-users] reading and writing raw data

Hi all,

I want to read an image in raw format, and after processing it, write it in
another file in raw format again. I think that the best way to do that it is
using MetaImageIO, but I don't know how to associate the header file and the
raw data with the MetaImageIO.
Can anyone help me?
