Hi all.., 
thanks ALL for ur replays.., when i calculate the no.
of pixels in the tumor region in Dicom image the total
no of pixels = 308 , i'm using "Osiris" to get  pixel
spacing which in this image is .93 x .93
so: 
308 * .93 *.93=266 mm^2  (is it the real area if we
take it from a film hard copy? )
another question plz can u  modified my code to 
1- get the pixel spacing automatically ., (i know u
send me the modification but errors occured)..,
2- using GetSizeOfObjectsInPhysicalUnits() 
3- which viewer could display the Dicom image in it's
original size (in the film hard  copy) i tried Osiris
and AdobePhotoShope (i think adobe is closest more
than osiris) ..
