[Insight-users] error configuring ITK 1.8 with SUSE linux 9.1

I get a strange configuration error with ITK 1.8 and
SUSE 9.1:

Building all configuration and makefiles works fine in
interactive cmake mode. I get only a short message
that "gcc_platform.cmake could not be found".
Typing make gives the error of a missing target.

Any suggestions?
