[Insight-users] How use itk in visual CXX

HI

Colu somebody help me with this problem.
 I don't know how start. Coul someone tell me how place update under button, place in form. In Visual CXX. Mayby someone have some easy project whit coul send me, and whit I coul study and see sheme operation.
Maybe some one coul wrtie so simple program whit use one filter, read and write image.
I need it for my work at university, and don't know how to start.
